Ever feel like you are on the losing end of a battle? I do. Just like the Rams last night, you go in for your best game only to be overrun by the more established players. How do you accept that? You don’t accept it, you just get up, train harder and try again. It is not easy, it is often not fun, it is down right hard. Losing hurts, training hurts, acceptance hurts, but you are still here. Breathing, facing another day. So you get up and try again. Sometimes it is trying again and again and again, but all the practice makes your end game worth the fight, worth the success that will come, worth the gratitude of completing the task. You only lose if you allow yourself to feel like you lost. So get up and try and be good to yourself.
Have a happy day-Ava
