New Year Resolutions
Today starts a new year. Does this make you feel different? Did you wake and feel like a whole new person? Probably not. You are the same person but with new hopes and a new start to the year. What you do want for yourself this year? What do you not want for yourself this year? Settling goals are good. Put a date on the goal so that you have a thought with a deadline to meet. Try to meet that deadline. If you don’t then do not feel bad, just keep trying until that goal is met or re-set. The first step is to make the decision to do something. After that, break it down into little steps to manage it. Now your goal is not so big. I hope you enjoy finding what you want for yourself this year.
